Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for enrolling in the Vitalgenics Practitioner Network (VPN). This Return and Refund Policy explains our policies regarding subscription cancellations and refunds.

1. Subscription Services

The Vitalgenics Practitioner Network is a subscription-based service providing access to educational resources, community forums, marketing tools, and business development support for healthcare practitioners in regenerative medicine.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your VPN subscription at any time by:

• Contacting our support team at info@vitalgenics.co
• Calling us at (303) 214-2120

Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to VPN services until that date.

3. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

• Within 30 Days: Full refund of initial enrollment fee (monthly or annual)
• After 30 Days: No refunds for monthly subscriptions. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for pro-rated refunds at our discretion based on usage and circumstances
• Recurring Payments: We do not provide refunds for recurring monthly payments made after the initial 30-day period

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Access to downloaded materials, courses, or resources that have been substantially utilized
• Services rendered through one-on-one consultations or support sessions
• Third-party products or services purchased through partner links or recommendations
• Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day period (unless otherwise stated)

5. Refund Process

To request a refund within the eligible period:

• Submit a refund request to info@vitalgenics.co
• Include your account information and reason for the refund request
• Allow 5-10 business days for review and processing
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10-15 business days

6. Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us immediately at info@vitalgenics.co. We will investigate all billing disputes promptly and work to resolve them fairly.

7. Annual Subscription Cancellations

Annual subscriptions paid in full are subject to the following terms:

• Full refund available within 30 days of initial purchase
• After 30 days, cancellations take effect at the end of the annual term
• Pro-rated refunds after 30 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• No automatic renewals occur without prior notice and consent

8. Service Modifications

Vitalgenics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the VPN service at any time. In the event of significant service changes that materially reduce value, active subscribers may be eligible for pro-rated refunds at our discretion.

9. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration outside of this policy, please contact us at info@vitalgenics.co. We evaluate such requests on an individual basis.
